Information for Fair Vendors
We are looking forward to seeing you at the Full Circle Fair Saturday, July 23rd and Sunday, July 24th at the Blue Hill Fairgrounds on Route 172.
Vendor applications are now available for download, click here.
If you would like us to mail you an application, please call 469-6600 during business hours and leave your request with Joan. We need to know your mailing information and what type of vendor you are (agricultural, arts & crafts, food & beverage, holistic health & wellness, non-profit, or sustainable living). You are also welcome to email info@weru.org at any time if you have any questions!
Information For Vendors:
The Fair will open Saturday, July 23rd at 12:00 pm with musical acts and speakers on the three stages and community jams from 7:30 pm to 10:00 pm. Please feel welcome to remain open during the community jams. We do not, however, require that you keep your booth open past 8:00 pm.
Set up times will be:
Friday, July 22nd from 5:00 to 8:00 pm
Saturday morning, July 23rd from 8:00 am to 11:30 am
It is important that you park your vehicle in the designated VENDOR area immediately after you have unloaded to keep travel lanes clear and safe. After parking, you may return to finish setting up your booth.
We ask you to support the Fair by completing your set up by 11:30 am on Saturday so that fair-goers have full and safe access to all vendors and performances when the Fair opens.
The gates will be locked shortly after 10:00 pm on Saturday and a professional security team will be on the Fairgrounds all night. (The security team will not be at the Fairgrounds on Friday night and the gates to the Fairgrounds will remain open on Friday).
Please enter the Fairgrounds through the VENDOR entrance only. This entrance will be clearly marked.
Enclosed please find passes for the booth helpers listed on your application; please be sure your people bring them to the Fair.
Please---remember—NO DOGS other than certified guide dogs!!!
